1) Uncut unboxing video required to claim refund on missing items. You can share this on our instagram page

2) The video will need to be clear and in an angle where we can see the contents of the package while they are being unpacked

3) In case of any missing items, we will immediately refund. Please note we will not be able to reship the item. You are welcome to place a new order with us

4) We use Shiprocket to ship all orders.

Shiprocket is a platform which has multiple courier partners onboarded.

Once your parcel is handed over to the pickup guy, we will have no influence on the journey of the parcel .. To enable you to track your order independently, we always request for email id’s where you receive an email with the tracking link once the pickup is done..

We can only help escalate if the estimated delivery date has crossed. You can reach out to us on insta for this

we do not have numbers of local courier guys etc..

5) if you receive an email stating that the order has been delivered and you do not get your parcel, please reach out me within 24 hours and I will help resolve the issue.

6) We do not have an exchange policy .. the Idea behind uploading images with measurements and videos is to make it easy for everyone to see the details of the product 

7) Cutoff for next day dispatch is 9pm 

Dispatches don’t happen on Sundays
